Do you ship to the UK/EU?
Yes i do! However, the buyer will have to bear all taxes and charges that may be imposed on the package when it reaches your border. I also do have an etsy shop (abztco) if you feel more comfortable buying from that platform but similarly, the buyer will have to bear any additional charges, should there be any.
I typed in the wrong address!
Just shoot me an email with your name, order number and correct address. For other order enquiries, please email me, no DMs please as they get lost very easily.
How much is shipping?
Shipping to countries in Asia start at $4 while shipping to everywhere else starts at $8. Shipping will increase by $0.50 for each additional pin to make up for the added weight.
Will i receive a tracking number?
The default shipping option in my shop is untracked shipping. If you wish to be able to track your package, please purchase the tracked shipping listing. It will be the first listing in my shop.
I think my package is lost, can you resend it?
Unfortunately i will not. Once your package is dropped off at the post office, it is out of my hands. There is very little that i can do to check the status of your package. If you are worried about your package going missing, please purchase tracked shipping.
Will you pay for my customs charges?
I will not take responsibility for your country's customs nor will i pay for them. If you place an order, please understand your own country's customs and be prepared to pay for them.
Is paypal the only payment method?
Yes, however you do not need to have an account. You can checkout as a guest and pay with most credit or debit cards. Just select "pay with paypal" and it will prompt you accordingly.
Do you do refunds or returns?
No i do not. In the event that i sent a wrong item, wrong grade or have a missing item, just shoot me an email and i will get back to you ASAP! I am only one person and am bound to make mistakes oops but i will be more than happy to help you out.
I placed multiple orders, do you combine shipping?
Yes i do, just shoot me an email with your order numbers and your name. However if your order is already packed or shipped out, i will not be able to combine them.
